LLMs Txt ("the App") is a Shopify application developed by Gokyo.ai ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you install or use our app through your Shopify store.

When you install and use LLMs Txt, we collect limited data from your Shopify store in order to function properly. This includes:

• Shop Information: Your store URL, store name, and contact email.
• Storefront Content: To generate the llms.txt file, we read:
  • Products (titles, handles, and public URLs)
  • Collections (titles, handles, and public URLs)
  • Blogs and Blog Posts (titles, handles, and public URLs)
  • Pages (titles, handles, and public URLs)

This data is accessed via the Shopify API and is used solely to create a structured and up-to-date llms.txt file in Markdown format. We do not access or store customer data, order data, or private app content.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used exclusively to:

• Generate a valid llms.txt file in Markdown format for your Shopify store
• Display and manage the generated file in the app's admin interface
• Ensure functionality, updates, and support for the app

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or analytics purposes. Your store's data is never shared with third parties, except as required to deliver our app's functionality or comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage and Security

We take data security seriously. Store data accessed by our app is either:

• Processed in real-time and not stored, or
• Temporarily stored on secure servers solely for the generation and management of your llms.txt file

All data is protected using standard security measures. If you uninstall the app, any data we may have stored will be deleted within 30 days, unless legally required to retain it.

4. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access and review the data we use to generate your llms.txt file
• Request deletion of any stored data
• Uninstall the app at any time to stop further data collection

5. Third-Party Services

LLMs Txt runs entirely within the Shopify ecosystem and uses Shopify APIs for functionality. Your use of the app is subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. When we do, we’ll revise the effective date above and notify you of any significant changes within the app interface.
